Your mission is to ensure that the driver's cab displays on our modern locomotives provide a flawless, real\-time presentation of critical technical data. You'll be the driving force behind the complex functions that operate our locomotives, actively shaping the market success of our European product platforms. Challenges that await you
- Verify and validate rail vehicle software according to EN50657/EN50716\.
- You will closely work with Traction and Brake control engineers to ensure that the relevant European standards for software development for rail vehicles are fulfilled.
- You will be involved in the testing of safety\-critical software and in the design and development of testing infrastructure.
- Process optimization and identification of measures to reduce bureaucracy are fun for you.
- You will be part of the engineering team for our international projects in Europe, Asia and North America, ensuring that our safety\-critical software is properly assessed.
- Experience in the field of requirements engineering / system engineering.
- Knowledge and experience with Matlab/Simulink.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365\.
- Your way of working is characterized by a high degree of solution orientation, analytical skills and a high level of abstraction, whereby you are also willing to familiarize yourself with new specialist topics in the field of mechatronics
- You enjoy working in project teams with an international background.
- Very good knowledge of English completes your profile.
