As a key player in our Sales team, you will be responsible for enhancing and expanding our digital business across the UK and Ireland. You will be tasked with achieving specific sales targets while establishing rapport and building strong relationships with all customers. Your commitment to providing the best possible service will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

SG World is based in the heart of Crewe. We pride ourselves on looking after our people. SG World manufactures various Visitor Management and Health \& Safety systems and has a presence in Europe as well as the USA.
Job Purpose
- To achieve sales targets selling to commercial businesses, schools and the public sector.
- To sell the full range of SAAS Solutions available to these sectors, at the authorised profit margin.
- Promote new SAAS products to existing customers, expanding products currently in use and opening new accounts.
- Improve and grow business within the Sales Territory
- Create business plans to achieve targets
- Demonstrate software effectively, using industry knowledge and experience
- Present SG World's range of products to customers/prospects using the SG World methodologies as per sales training
- Establish rapport and build good relationships with all customers
- Achieve set sales targets
- Complete all activity and customer reports in the designated manner.
- Give customers the best possible service
- Gain referrals
- Research and revise product and business knowledge to maintain level of understanding
- Minimum 12 months' experience in selling software/SAAS
- Self\-motivated and able to thrive in a results\-driven environment.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
- Sales focused mentality with a real passion for sales.
- Experience of video calling e.g. Teams, Zoom, Facetime, Skype
- Excellent listening, negotiating, verbal and written skills.
- Understand sales process and methodology. SPIN selling, GAP selling, solution selling preferable.
- Ability to prioritise among competing tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem\-solving skills.
- Solid computer literacy and experience of using a CRM (ideally HubSpot) to collect, update and use data efficiently

- Starting salary – up to £40,000 \- £50,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission \- OTE c. £80,000
- Ongoing sales development
- This is a full\-time position at 37\.5 hours per week (typically Mon – Fri 8am\-4pm)
- Holidays – 25 days per year (increasing with length of service up to 28 days) plus Bank Holidays
