Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Take ownership of key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of features across the full stack.
- Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React, and backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Write clean, scalable code, and test and deploy applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge across the team.
- Contribute to an engineering organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, secure voice solutions to Aircall clients.
- Optimize product and platform performance, and actively engage in live-site monitoring.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliability.
- Prioritize security, keeping it at the forefront of everything you do.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proven experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
- Deep understanding of software development practices, scalable system architecture, security best practices, and cloud-based platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of thriving while working closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience building products from 0-to-1 or working within early-stage team environments.
- Experience with the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), from initial design through to deployment and operation.
- Experience building secure, scalable, and high-performance software.
