<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Captivation Software is looking for a mid level software engineer who will architect, develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems supporting our critical environments. They will work across the full software development lifecycle, delivering scalable solutions for processing-intensive analytics, large data sets, real-time systems, and enterprise applications.</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> </span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In this role, they will collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and customers to design high-performing software solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and implement reusable, modular components that support multiple applications and mission needs. <h3><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Security Clearance:</span></h3>

<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">14 years of experience architecting, developing, and maintaining software solutions, with an emphasis on performance optimizations</li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Required Skills:</span></h3>

<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with all aspects of full stack development</li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular</li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience developing software using object-oriented languages such as Java and JavaScript</li>
