You are a motivated developer with industry experience who is ready to take the next step in your career. You have a strong foundation in software development principles and enjoy working in collaborative environments. The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. Compensation package includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for elegible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, within other benefits.
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

<li>Develop, test, and maintain microservices within our global platform that reaches millions of connected devices and users</li>
<li>Collaborate in an agile team that embraces DevOps culture, taking ownership of solutions from development through to production operation</li>
<li>Work on both legacy system modernization and new feature development across our full technology stack</li>
<li>Learn from and contribute alongside a senior engineering team, with opportunities to grow your technical and professional skills</li>
</ul>
What we’re looking for
<ul>
<li>+5 years of backend software engineering experience</li>
<li>Experience with Java/Spring Boot and Node.js/Next.js development in a professional environment, MongoDB and/or MySQL</li>
<li>Knowledge of microservices architecture, development, testing, and integration patterns</li>
<li>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, container technologies, and automated testing</li>
<li>Ability to understand, maintain, and improve legacy code while applying modern development practices</li>
<li>Track record of using AI development tools to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality, security, or maintainability</li>
<li>Fluency in English</li>
</ul>
