<p><strong>What you’ll bring to the role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing software.</li>
<li>Collaborate in a cross-functional agile team (engineering, design, product).</li>
<li>Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, and code quality standards.</li>
<li>Review code and provide constructive feedback across teams.</li>
<li>Participate in deployment, monitoring, and ongoing system improvements.</li>
<li>Identify risks, solve complex problems, and contribute to technical direction.</li>
<li>Experience with scalable distributed systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design, understanding of accessibility and why it matters.</li>

<p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong programming experience (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, C# or similar)</li>
<li>Experience with testing, debugging, and writing maintainable code</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software design, architecture, and best practices</li>
<li>Familiarity with security, privacy, and building reliable systems</li>
<li>Experience with version control and CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitHub Actions)</li>
<li>Bonus: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code, and experience with Docker, Node.js, NestJS, or similar technologies.</li>
