Software Developer – AI Tools (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Implement innovative AI tools that support software development and internal processes
- Define requirements, architecture, design, and implement software solutions, including thorough testing, release, and ongoing maintenance
- Identify and analyze new opportunities that could benefit from artificial intelligence
- Select and train appropriate AI models to solve a variety of tasks
- Act as contact person for artificial intelligence initiatives
Your Profile
- Technical degree in the fields of computer science, mathematics, data science, AI or comparable qualification
- Very good Linux and programming skills required
- Precise, structured and independent way of working
- Developing high\-quality code comes naturally to you
- Eager to learn about new technologies in a dynamic business field
- Enjoy working in an agile setting
- Proficient in both German and English

We provide an attractive and performance\-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 59,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
