Social Worker - Referral & Assessment
<p>Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Assessment Team in either Richmond upon Thames or Kingston upon Thames.</p>

<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting children and young people subject to Child Protection and Child in Need plans</li>
<li>Transferring cases appropriately to the Permanence team</li>
<li>Building strong, respectful relationships with families, support networks, and partner agencies</li>
<li>Completing assessments, threshold applications, home visits, direct work, care planning, chairing meetings, and case recording in line with policy</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Qualified Social Worker with relevant degree</li>
<li>Completion of ASYE</li>
<li>Active Social Work England registration</li>
</ul>
