This post is based in the Assessment, Care Management \& Review Team within our Adult Service. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be involved in protecting and promoting the welfare and wellbeing of adults, including adults with physical disabilities and older adults through the provision of assessment, care management and review.

Our Workstyles

Agile – 100% of time spent working agile (flexibly) and interacting with others. Able to work at home, office or multiple locations. May be required to attend office on set days/rota basis as the role requires.
