Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Looked After Children Team at Nottinghamshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
<ul>
<li>Manage a caseload of children who are in the care of the local authority. </li>
<li>Develop, implement, and regularly review care plans tailored to each child’s needs. </li>
<li>Ensure children’s placements (foster care, residential care, kinship care) are safe, stable, and supportive. </li>
<li>Promote the child’s health, education, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring access to appropriate services. </li>
<li>Maintain regular contact with children through statutory visits and direct work. </li>
<li>Prepare and present reports for Looked After Child Reviews. </li>
<li>Work closely with birth families, carers, schools, health professionals, and other agencies. </li>
<li>Support children through transitions, including reunification with family, adoption, or leaving care. </li>
<li>Advocate for the child’s voice to be heard in all aspects of planning and decision-making. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have, 
<ul>
<li>Social Work England registration</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the UK</li>
<li>Hold a full UK driving licence</li>
<li>Post-qualified experience</li>
<li>Degree level or equivalent in Social Work</li>
</ul>
