Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Child Protection team at Cambridgeshire. 
What will your responsibilities be?
<ul>
<li>Conduct assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs. </li>
<li>Develop and implement child protection plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams. </li>
<li>Undertake statutory visits and maintain accurate, up-to-date case records. </li>
<li>Intervene in crisis situations to ensure the immediate safety of children. </li>
<li>Attend and contribute to child protection conferences, core groups, and court proceedings. </li>
<li>Work closely with families to promote positive change and improve outcomes for children. </li>
<li>Liaise with schools, health professionals, police, and other agencies to coordinate support. </li>
<li>Provide written reports and evidence for legal proceedings when required. </li>
<li>Monitor and review cases regularly to ensure progress and compliance with care plans. </li>
<li>Advocate for the rights and welfare of children and young people. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have, 
<ul>
<li>Social Work England registration</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the UK</li>
<li>Hold a full UK driving licence</li>
<li>Post-qualified experience</li>
<li>Degree level or equivalent in Social Work</li>
</ul>
