Your new role
As a Social Worker within the Adult Social Care Team, you will manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers and partner agencies to deliver high-quality social work interventions.

Key responsibilities will include:

Undertaking strengths-based assessments, reviews and support planning.

Completing face-to-face visits within the community.

Managing and prioritising a diverse caseload effectively.

Carrying out safeguarding enquiries and promoting safeguarding principles.

Working in partnership with health professionals and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

Supporting adults to maximise independence and wellbeing.

Maintaining accurate, timely and defensible case records.

Working within relevant legislation including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Banbury, Oxfordshire (Samuelson House (Banbury) £38 per hour Umbrella Hybrid Working Available 37 Hours Per Week

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will have: Social Work England Registration.
A recognised Social Work qualification.
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified Social Work experience.
Experience working within Adult Social Care.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Experience undertaking assessments, reviews and safeguarding work.
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
