What you'll do
You'll be the person responsible for driving Sesame HR's social media presence in the Italian market. You'll work closely with the Brand team to adapt our global strategy to Italy and create content that truly connects with the local audience. Day to day, you'll:
- Manage Sesame HR's social profiles in Italy.
- Plan and publish content tailored to the Italian market.
- Spot trends, conversations, and relevant opportunities.
- Pitch creative ideas for videos, campaigns, and content.
- Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Engage with the community and spark conversation around the brand.
- Collaborate with local influencers, partners, and content creators.
- Adapt global Brand campaigns to the Italian cultural context.
- Analyze results and propose data\-driven improvements.
- Support the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and community activities.
- Native or bilingual level of Italian.
- Good level of English or Spanish to work with our international team.
- Previous experience in Social Media, Community Management, or Content Marketing.
- Deep knowledge of the main social platforms.
- The ability to spot trends and turn them into relevant content.
- A strong visual eye and sensitivity for branding.
- A creative mindset and a results\-driven approach.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and new ways of creating content.
- Experience managing brand accounts.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup companies.
- Experience creating video content.
- Knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content.
- Experience collaborating with influencers or communities.
You'll be part of Sesame HR's Brand team. You'll work closely with the Head of Brand \& Community and side by side with people from PR, partnerships, events, product, and marketing.
