About Sphen Impact CIC
Sphen Impact CIC is a community interest company focused on creating positive change through inclusion, fitness, mental wellbeing and community projects.
Our work aims to support people who can often face barriers to traditional fitness and community spaces, including disabled and neurodivergent people, SEND families, young carers and young people.
We are looking for someone creative and enthusiastic to help us develop our social media presence and tell the story of the work we are building.
The Role
As our Social Media Assistant, you will work directly with the founder of Sphen Impact CIC to create engaging, authentic content that raises awareness of our projects, builds our community and helps more people understand what Sphen Impact stands for.
The role will include:
- Creating content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Helping plan a consistent social media content strategy
- Filming and creating short\-form video content
- Editing Reels, TikToks and other social media videos
- Writing engaging captions and helping develop content ideas
- Capturing behind\-the\-scenes content at projects, events and filming days
- Helping promote Sphen Impact’s community work, campaigns and future activities
- Helping maintain a consistent and recognizable Sphen Impact identity online
- Working directly with the founder to turn ideas and real\-life experiences into engaging social content
- Reviewing content performance and suggesting ways we can improve our reach and engagement
We particularly welcome applications from disabled and neurodivergent people and people with lived experience of disability or caring responsibilities.
You do not need to fit a traditional corporate social\-media mould. We are interested in someone who understands people, can tell a story and genuinely connects with what Sphen Impact is trying to achieve.
Ideally, you will be creative, reliable and comfortable using social media. Experience creating or editing short\-form video would be useful, and you should be confident working collaboratively while also bringing your own ideas to the table.
Accessibility \& Inclusion
Sphen Impact CIC is committed to creating an inclusive working environment. We encourage applicants to discuss any reasonable adjustments or accessibility requirements that would help them perform the role.
How to Apply
Please send a short introduction about yourself, your experience and why you would like to work with Sphen Impact CIC.
