Responsibilities

• Conduct taste testing sessions and gather honest feedback from participants to inform product development.


• Promote products and brand awareness through engaging interactions with customers in\-store or at events.


• Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring product presentation aligns with branding standards.


• Communicate product features and benefits clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.


• Maintain a friendly, approachable attitude while providing excellent customer service during promotional activities.


• Collect customer contact information for follow\-up marketing campaigns, ensuring data privacy compliance.


• Support the organisation of promotional events, including scheduling and logistics coordination.

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with customers confidently.


• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with a broader demographic. (Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi)


• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.


• Enthusiasm for engaging with people and promoting products in a lively environment.


• Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple promotional activities efficiently.

• Must be Pakistani \& Indian, Who have good knowledge of ethnic food.


• Have own car and UK Full driving license.


• Willing to travel all over Midland and North.
