Social Media & Marketing Manager

At Trade Outlet, we’re looking for someone exceptional to take the lead on our social media channels to get the right message across to countless potential entrepreneurs who could (and should!) be profiting by buying and selling our products. We also hope to find an applicant that can lead on other marketing elements, including in\-store signage and general web content.

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate proven success at creating momentum and who can translate their impact into measurable results.

You’ll be:

• Managing and elevating our social media channels


• Crafting content that truly resonates and generates action


• Shaping our public image and brand perception


• Working with Directors to develop future strategies that translate into real company progression


• Creating artwork for signage

We want someone who:

• Thinks commercially, not just creatively


• Understands what makes people engage and act


• Is proactive, full of ideas, and comfortable taking ownership


• Cares about results in terms of true business impact rather than just 'likes' and 'shares'

We would consider applicants of all experience levels, and the salary will be negotiated accordingly. Progression opportunities are excellent due to the company's rapid and ongoing growth. We would much prefer the successful candidate to work on\-site at our impressive HQ in Ellesmere Port, but we would discuss hybrid opportunities with exceptional applicants.

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
