Social Media, Marketing & Growth Coordinator

We are looking for a talented and highly proactive individual to help grow the visibility, bookings, and social presence of our restaurant.

This is NOT a role for a marketing agency or a generic social media manager. We are looking for someone hands\-on, creative, organized, and genuinely passionate about hospitality, food, and restaurant growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conceptualising and planning social media content


• Creating engaging restaurant\-focused content for Instagram, Google, and TikTok


• Shooting photo/video content inside the restaurant (optional but strongly preferred)


• Editing videos, reels, stories, and visual content


• Writing captions and creating attractive social media posts


• Managing and posting regularly on:


• Instagram


• Google Business Profile


• TikTok (lower priority)


• Replying to Google and social media reviews/messages


• Supporting promotion of events, special menus, and campaigns


• Managing group and corporate booking inquiries


• Helping improve restaurant visibility, engagement, and customer growth

• Demonstrable experience managing social media and growth for restaurants, hospitality brands, cafés, bars, or similar businesses


• Strong understanding of Instagram and short\-form content


• Ability to independently create engaging content


• Good eye for aesthetics, food presentation, and storytelling


• Comfortable working on\-site and capturing live restaurant atmosphere


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently without constant supervision


• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar editing tools preferred


• Photography/videography skills are a strong plus
