About Us
The Revival Program CIC is a community empowerment and wellbeing organisation focused on helping young people rebuild confidence, strengthen wellbeing, develop leadership and reconnect with purpose through transformational seminars, weekly teachings, retreats, educational content and community experiences.
We are building a movement focused on lasting transformation through community, education and restorative experiences across Manchester, Newcastle and London.
About The Role
We are looking for a creative, organised and culturally aware Social Media \& Community Manager to help us grow our online presence, build community engagement and document the journey of building The Revival Program CIC.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- understands Gen Z culture,
- enjoys storytelling and content creation,
- believes in community impact,
- and wants to be part of building something meaningful from the early stages.
- Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube platforms
- Schedule and upload content consistently
- Assist with community engagement and audience interaction
- Help plan content ideas, campaigns and storytelling
- Capture behind\-the\-scenes content during seminars, teachings and retreats
- Support audience growth and engagement strategies
- Assist with branding, online presence and digital organisation
- Work closely with the founder on creative direction and messaging
- Help document the growth journey of the organisation
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Creative mindset and understanding of branding/storytelling
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in wellbeing, empowerment, leadership or community\-focused work
- Comfortable attending events and filming content when needed
- Basic editing/design skills are a bonus
