Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally
- Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and optimise future content
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach
- Manage online reputation by addressing feedback and maintaining positive public relations
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing tools
- Organise online campaigns to promote organisational events, initiatives, or products
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Ability to analyse data and adapt strategies accordingly
- Organised with strong time\-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- A recognised qualification in marketing, communications, or related fields is desirable but not essential
Pay: £8,000\.00\-£12,000\.00 per year
