• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations.


• Organise online events or campaigns to increase brand awareness and community engagement.

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.


• Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within digital environments.


• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content suitable for various audiences.


• Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.


• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights from analytics tools like Google Analytics or platform\-specific insights.


• Previous experience in developing successful social media campaigns that increased engagement or brand visibility is highly desirable.
