Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive message across all platforms while driving engagement and growth.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik\-Tok and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer feedback across all platforms.
- Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and reputation online.
- Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop affiliated program.
- Podcast recording with Health Care Professionals and Industry Influencers.
- Go live on Tik\-Tok Accounts.
- Proven experience in public relations or social media management is essential.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: £22,880\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
