What to expect
- Planning, coordinating, and publishing content across various social media platforms \- with a strong focus on engagement, trends, and community dynamics
- Developing and adapting digital campaigns into platform\-appropriate formats, with creative and strategic input
- Writing compelling, audience\- and platform\-specific copy – from sharp captions to longer\-form storytelling
- Collaborating with creative and design teams to generate ideas, develop content, and ensure visual consistency
- Monitoring trends, evaluating content performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
- Acting as a direct point of contact for clients – providing expert social media guidance, sharing insights, and driving content decisions
- A strong interest in digital communication and an understanding of what makes social content effective
- Hands\-on experience working with automotive clients \- you have already managed automotive accounts and understand the specific needs, audiences, and dynamics of the industry
- Confident writing skills and a good understanding of visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of content KPIs and how to use them
- Curiosity, reliability and a structured approach to work
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
