We’re Hiring: Content Creator
RTC Assist Ltd \| Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire
RTC Assist is looking for a creative, motivated Content Creator to grow our online presence and help people understand the support available after a road traffic accident.
If you enjoy filming, editing and creating content that gets people’s attention, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
\* Create engaging videos, reels and posts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
\* Film our vehicles, team and day\-to\-day work, including recovery, replacement vehicles and accident assistance.
\* Turn common customer questions into clear, informative content.
\* Write captions and plan a consistent content schedule.
\* Follow relevant trends and bring fresh ideas to promote RTC Assist.
\* Track results and help turn views into customer enquiries.
\* Obtain permission before filming customers and protect confidential claim information.
What we’re looking for
\* Strong filming, video editing and social media skills.
\* Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe software.
\* Confidence working independently and suggesting creative ideas.
\* Good communication, attention to detail and a professional approach.
\* Examples of previous content or a portfolio.
Experience in automotive businesses or accident management would be helpful, but isn’t essential.
Location: Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire. Attendance on site will be needed to capture content.
Hours and employment arrangement: To be discussed.
Pay: To be agreed based on experience and the role.
