ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about digital communication and brand storytelling. The successful applicant will play a vital role in shaping our company’s online identity while effectively engaging with our audience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals

  • Manage and grow our presence across relevant platforms

  • Create and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and industry trends

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to maximise the impact of campaigns and company initiatives. Ensure all content reflects a consistent and authentic brand voice
Content Creation
  • Create engaging, scroll\-stopping content \- posts, visuals, videos, and stories, reels, stories that resonate with our audience

  • Plan and film short\-form and long\-form video content for multiple platforms

  • Collaborate with internal teams to turn customer success stories, events, business updates, and industry insights into engaging content

  • Identify content opportunities that strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership
Community Management
  • Monitor social media channels and actively engage with followers, customers, and industry professionals

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner

  • Build meaningful relationships with our online community and encourage audience engagement

  • Identify opportunities to join relevant industry conversations and increase brand visibility
Reporting and Performance
  • Track and analyse social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools

  • Monitor key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.

  • Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

  • Use audience and campaign data to continuously optimise content and improve results

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media best practices

  • Turn data and market insights into innovative content ideas and growth opportunities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION \& SKILLS Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media channels for a brand or business.

Education
A bachelor's or master's degree (BSc, MSc) is required. A degree in Marketing or Social Media Management is preferred.

  • Excellent written communication: ability to craft compelling, clear, on\-brand messages

  • Creative and visually minded: Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and maintaining consistent branding across all content

  • Social media expertise: drive audience growth

  • Proficiency in social media management, scheduling, analytics and monitoring platforms

  • Analytical thinking: Ability to interpret metrics, track performance, and optimise strategies based on data\-driven insights.

  • PR and brand awareness knowledge: Understanding of public relations principles and how to maintain a positive brand image online.

  • Proven experience: content creation and social media management
Personal Competencies
  • Clear communicator with effective teamwork skills and the confidence to work independently

  • Capable of managing time efficiently and working autonomously to deliver results

  • Driven to uphold the highest quality standards

  • Proactive in taking ownership and resolving issues quickly and effectively
CONDITIONS AND SECURITY CLEARANCE

Candidate must be a British citizen or have the full right to work in the UK.
