• Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for optimisation.


• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach.


• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing tools.


• Manage public relations efforts by fostering positive relationships with online communities and influencers.


• Organise online campaigns and promotional events to increase brand visibility.

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.


• Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.


• Demonstrable ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.


• Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is desirable.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
