Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Create compelling content including posts, images, videos, and stories to engage target audiences.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media metrics to optimise campaign performance.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Manage public relations efforts by cultivating positive relationships with online communities and media outlets.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Organise and oversee social media advertising campaigns to maximise reach and engagement.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create visually appealing content using basic graphic design tools is desirable.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and techniques.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude towards problem\-solving and innovation.
Pay: £40,000\.00\-£43,000\.00 per year
