Social Media Manager
Job Purpose
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analysing marketing campaigns across digital and in\-store channels throughout the UK.
The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, sales performance, and strengthening the company’s presence across social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and retail locations.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Managers, and wider marketing team to deliver effective promotional campaigns and maintain a consistent brand image across all customer touchpoints.

Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, followers, shares, and overall reach.
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally across all social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain response templates to ensure consistent and efficient customer communication.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the creation of digital content for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Provide guidance to store teams when capturing video and photographic content.
- Edit and produce high\-quality promotional videos, reels, photography, and digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create content calendars and schedule posts across digital platforms.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new product launches, including perfumes and related product ranges.
- Develop seasonal marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Coordinate marketing activities with branch managers to ensure successful implementation of campaigns at store level.
- Support and participate in VIP events, promotional days, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate product gifting and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor and evaluate influencer campaign performance and return on investment.
- Produce monthly reports analysing influencer activity, engagement, reach, and sales impact.
- Create and distribute targeted email marketing campaigns and promotional communications to customers.
- Assist with customer retention initiatives and loyalty marketing activities.
- Develop engaging marketing content for newsletters and promotional communications.
- Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, websites, newsletters, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare press releases, media statements, articles, and other public relations content.
- Ensure all written content reflects the company’s tone of voice and brand standards.
- Support the planning and execution of visual merchandising initiatives within stores.
- Work closely with branch managers and sales teams to maintain high presentation standards.
- Ensure in\-store promotional materials are implemented consistently and effectively.
- Conduct ongoing research into customer preferences, market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Monitor public opinion and emerging consumer trends to support marketing strategy.
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and maintain market competitiveness.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, reach, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and return on investment.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for the Marketing Manager and Country Manager.
- Present recommendations based on campaign and performance data.
- Develop quarterly marketing proposals and content plans.
- Contribute ideas for new campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of the company’s UK marketing strategy and objectives.
- Liaise regularly with Branch Managers, the Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products, promotions, and industry developments.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and relevant advertising regulations.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by management that are consistent with the role.
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing, photography, and content production software.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience using social media advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and campaign management.
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to analyse marketing data and produce detailed reports.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
