Duties

- Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in social media and digital marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Maintain a positive organisational image through proactive public relations efforts online.
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices in digital environments.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Analytical skills to interpret data insights and optimise campaign performance.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
