Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase engagement and followers.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media channels, including text, images, videos, and live sessions.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
- Manage day\-to\-day interactions with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a vibrant online community.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams such as marketing, public relations, and design to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics using social media management tools; prepare reports to measure success and inform future campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze data insights and translate them into actionable improvements for ongoing campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
Pay: £33,400\.00 per year
