Rising to £30,000 following successful review
Realistic OTE: £45,000 \- £50,000\+

About Us
The Streetwise Intelligence Group is a growing Digital Media \& Consumer Intelligence company developing several exciting platforms, including:
- The ModelWise Network
- Streetwise Tips
- Streetwise Expert
- FashMod Podcast
This is not a passive social media role. We are seeking someone who understands audience growth, engagement and content performance, and who is motivated by results.
The Role
You will help launch, grow and manage multiple social media channels, driving awareness, engagement, registrations and revenue opportunities across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging social media content
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and X accounts
- Grow followers, engagement and brand awareness
- Increase registrations for The ModelWise Network
- Promote Streetwise Tips and increase user participation
- Support the launch and growth of FashMod Podcast
- Monitor trends, hashtags and platform changes
- Track performance and KPI targets
- Work with management to develop growth campaigns
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Creative and commercially aware
- Organised and self\-driven
- Comfortable working independently
- Focused on growth, engagement and results
- Able to thrive in a fast\-moving startup environment
Experience growing social media accounts, brands, communities or audiences is highly desirable.
Applicants who can demonstrate success in audience growth, engagement, content performance, viral campaigns, TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts will be viewed favourably.

IMPORTANT
Due to the collaborative nature of the role, applicants must be prepared to work from our South London, Croydon office. This is not a fully remote position and regular office attendance will be required.
