Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media \& Graphic Design Assistant to support our marketing team. A strong understanding of public relations and social media strategies is essential to succeed in this role.

Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.


• Create compelling visual content, including graphics, banners, and infographics, tailored for different social media channels.


• Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.


• Support the organisation of online events or promotions to boost brand visibility.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.


• Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.


• Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital content.


• Assist with public relations initiatives by engaging with online communities and managing media relations as needed.

• Prior experience or coursework in social media management is preferred.


• Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is essential.


• Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Experience in public relations or community engagement is a plus but not mandatory. This role offers an excellent platform for aspiring digital marketers or graphic designers to gain practical experience while contributing creatively to our organisation’s growth.
