Position Type: Permanent, Full\-time, 37\.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Location: Office based at our Leeds HQ \- LS14 1FB

The Social \& Partnerships Executive plays a key role in growing Sweet Squared’s social media presence and brand partnerships across our professional hair and beauty portfolio. This hands\-on role involves creating engaging, platform\-native content, building and supporting influencer and media relationships, and contributing to the success of social campaigns and brand activations.
Key responsibilities:
- Create engaging, on\-brand content including short\-form video, copywriting, and visual assets.
- Support the execution of social media plans across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest for multiple brands.
- Manage day\-to\-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement using social tools.
- Monitor social trends, platform updates, and community feedback to keep content relevant and fresh.
- Write and syndicate occasional press releases related to product launches, events, and brand news.
- Attend industry events and activations, capturing live content and supporting brand visibility.
- Assist with influencer and ambassador outreach, relationship management, and content coordination.
- Help identify and develop partnership opportunities with media, brands, and key industry voices.
- Support wider PR and digital marketing initiatives when needed.
- Track campaign performance and assist with monthly reporting on engagement, reach, and ROI.
- 1\-2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in the hair, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
- A strong passion for nails, hair, beauty, and the pro community
- Excellent organisational and time\-management skills
- Creativity and a good eye for visual content, with experience using a range of social media platforms
- Confident communication and collaboration skills – able to work across departments and with external partners
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and community engagement skills
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Later) and basic analytics reporting
- Event and activation support, including live content capture and brand representation
- A proactive mindset – eager to learn, contribute, and grow
