Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Social Media Executive to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of social media management experience (preferably in healthcare), strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the latest social media trends.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage customers by creating and managing compelling content, fostering community engagement, and analysing performance metrics to optimise strategies.

Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

  • Create and manage content calendars, including social campaigns, podcasts, events, and community initiatives.

  • Produce and publish high\-quality, compliant content across social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content.

  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to maximise reach and engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, brand ambassadors, and industry partners.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimise content and campaigns.

  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform developments, and healthcare industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong creative background with experience creating engaging social media content.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and other content creation tools.

  • Experience creating and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms.

  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and audience engagement strategies.

  • Experience managing influencer relationships, partnerships, and affiliate programmes.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to analyse social media performance and use insights to optimise content and campaigns.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and relationship\-building skills.

  • Detail\-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment.
Desirable* Experience working across UK, EU, and US markets.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical marketing practices.
