Social Media & Engagement Coordinator

We’re looking for a Social Media \& Engagement Coordinator to help grow Ryman’s social presence and create relevant, engaging content across our social and digital channels.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to turn products, campaigns, launches and events into content that connects with our customers and supports our commercial goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn.


• Shooting and editing videos, reels, shorts, images and graphics for social and email.


• Visiting our stores, launches and events to capture authentic, on\-brand content.


• Keeping up with the latest trends, viral formats and competitor activity to keep Ryman relevant.


• Turning product launches, campaigns and business priorities into compelling content.


• Using gamification tools to create fun and engaging social and email campaigns.


• Working with teams across the business to deliver content that supports our wider customer and marketing plans.


• Monitoring and reporting social performance, using insights to continuously improve our content and engagement.

• Experience creating content for social media, ideally with at least one year in a social media or content\-focused role.


• A strong understanding of social platforms, trends and what makes content stand out.


• Excellent copywriting skills and a natural creative flair.


• Confidence creating and editing engaging video and visual content.


• A curious, commercially aware mindset with a genuine interest in social media and new technology.


• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and react quickly to opportunities.


• A proactive, can\-do attitude and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business.


• An analytical approach, with the ability to understand performance data and turn insights into action.


• Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal hours and travel to stores and events when needed.
