Kabilsgrillz is one of the fastest\-growing grillz and jewellery brands in the UK. We specialise in custom grillz, jewellery, content, branding, and creating a strong online presence across social media.

We are now looking for a highly skilled Social Media \& Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in\-house. This role is for someone who can do everything needed to help us become the biggest grillz company in the UK.

This is not a basic social media job. We need someone who understands marketing, branding, content creation, paid ads, videography, editing, influencers, websites, and what makes a brand go viral.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing all areas of our online presence, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, YouTube, our website, and other digital platforms.

You must be creative, organised, confident, and able to take full ownership of the brand’s online image. We want someone who can create high\-quality content, run marketing campaigns, improve our website, work with influencers, and constantly make the brand look more professional.

Main Responsibilities

\* Manage and grow our social media pages including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms
\* Create viral content ideas, hooks, captions, scripts and campaigns
\* Film high\-quality content using professional videography cameras
\* Edit videos professionally for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and ads
\* Keep the brand’s social media aesthetic clean, luxury, professional and eye\-catching
\* Improve the look and feel of our social media pages
\* Run paid ads on Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms
\* Track ad performance and improve campaigns to generate more leads and sales
\* Manage and update the company website when needed
\* Edit website content, images, product pages, banners and landing pages
\* Make sure the website looks professional and matches the brand image
\* Work on SEO, Google ranking and online visibility
\* Reach out to influencers, artists, content creators and celebrities for collaborations
\* Build marketing strategies to help the company grow across the UK
\* Plan content calendars and keep posts consistent
\* Work closely with the team to promote new products, offers and launches
\* Come up with new ideas to make Kabilsgrillz stand out from competitors
\* Monitor trends and understand what is going viral online
\* Help build Kabilsgrillz into the biggest grillz brand in the UK

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is highly skilled, ambitious and able to manage multiple areas of marketing. You must be someone who can think creatively and also deliver results.

The ideal person will have experience in:

\* Professional video editing
\* Google Ads
\* Meta Ads
\* TikTok Ads
\* Website management
\* Basic website editing
\* SEO and online marketing
\* Influencer outreach
\* Branding and aesthetics
\* Content planning
\* Lead generation
\* Creative marketing strategies

Required Skills

\* Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Google
\* Ability to film professional content
\* Ability to edit videos to a high standard
\* Knowledge of what makes content go viral
\* Experience running paid ads
\* Good understanding of websites and how to update them
\* Strong eye for branding, luxury aesthetics and design
\* Excellent communication skills
\* Ability to work under pressure
\* Ability to manage projects without needing constant supervision
\* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
\* Must be reliable, motivated and serious about growing with the company

Preferred Experience

\* Previous experience working with a jewellery, fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, music or streetwear brand
\* Experience working with influencers or celebrities
\* Experience growing social media pages
\* Experience generating leads through paid ads
\* Experience using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or similar
\* Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva or similar

Schedule

\* Full\-time
\* Monday to Friday
\* Weekend availability may be required for shoots, events or campaigns

Salary

£35,000 – £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
