Social Media Coordinator
Location: Birmingham City Centre until December 2026, relocating to Solihull Town Centre in January 2027\.
Job Type: Full\-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am \- 5:00pm, including one\-hour unpaid lunch break, with occasional flexibility required during auction events.
Salary: National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage in line with current government rates:
- ·Age 21\+: £12\.71 per hour
- Age 18\-20: £10\.85 per hour
Bond Wolfe Auctions is seeking a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Executive to join our fast\-paced team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands\-on experience creating engaging content, growing brand awareness and supporting one of the UK’s leading property auction businesses.
Key responsibilities
· Content Creation \& Management
· Produce engaging content (photography, graphics, video and captions) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
· Create engaging TikTok content, behind\-the\-scenes features and auction\-day coverage.
· Work within the marketing team to showcase new lots, results, client stories and milestones.
· Keep up to date with social media trends and apply relevant ideas to our channels.
· Assist the auction team with administrative support as and when required (including but not limited to, answering telephone calls, responding to enquiries, dealing with remote bidding applications)
Scheduling \& Posting
- Plan and schedule content in line with auction cycles and marketing plans.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Manage daily posting deadlines.
- Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages and enquiries across multiple platforms.
- Monitor sentiment and engagement to support brand reputation.
- Boost reach by interacting with relevant audiences, partners and industry accounts.
- Track performance across platforms, providing monthly insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and conversions.
- Attend properties across the Midlands to capture content.
- Support on auction days and attend relevant appointments, events and meetings.
- Experience creating and managing social media content, either professionally, through education, volunteering, personal projects or a personal brand
- Strong content creation skills (mobile or desktop\-based).
- Confident on camera and behind it.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for travel across the Midlands is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
