*About the role*
We are looking for a Social Media \& Content Specialist to join our team in Madrid for a temporary position covering a parental leave until December 2026.
You will lead the definition, coordination, and activation of communication strategies across digital channels for one of our clients in the energy sector, working closely with strategy, creative, design, and production teams to develop relevant, engaging, and business\-oriented content across multiple social media platforms.
*What do we value?*
- 3\+ years of experience in social media management, digital communication, or content strategy.
- Proven experience developing and executing social media communication plans.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, social media dynamics, and platform\-specific formats.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear, relevant, and engaging narratives.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including creatives, designers, community managers, and production teams.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and optimize content performance.
- Strategic, creative, and adaptable profile.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
*What will you do*
- Design and implement social media communication plans aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Define and coordinate multichannel content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistency between strategy, concept, and execution.
- Analyze the client’s positioning, competitors, and industry trends to identify communication opportunities.
- Develop differentiated narratives adapted to the energy sector and digital audiences.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand values, tone of voice, and communication goals.
- Coordinate editorial planning and workstreams across community managers, creatives, and stakeholders.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign and content performance, sharing insights and recommendations with the client.
