Social Media Content Moderator (Italian)

Workster is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Italian\-speaking Content Moderators for an on\-site TikTok project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast\-paced, international environment, reviewing videos, posts, and comments, and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.

Your Role:

• Review and moderate user\-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments.


• Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content.


• Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions.


• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends.


• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records.


• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team.

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2\).


• Good command of English (B2\) for internal communication.


• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.


• Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally and consistently.


• Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus.


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, performance\-driven environment.


• Empathetic, professional, and resilient under pressure.


• Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.

• Full\-time, on\-site position in Lisbon.
