We're looking for a creative, energetic, and hospitality\-obsessed Social Media \& Content Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence across our growing collection of venues.

This is far more than a desk job. You'll be out in the venues, capturing the atmosphere of a busy service, showcasing incredible food and drinks, highlighting the personalities behind our brands, and creating content that genuinely connects with our guests.

The Role

You'll take ownership of our social media channels, developing content strategies that drive engagement, build communities, and increase footfall across our venues.

Working closely with venue managers, chefs, bar teams, and the wider marketing team, you'll bring each brand to life through engaging photography, video, storytelling and social campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation

  • Capture high\-quality photography and videography across our venues

  • Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and short\-form video content

  • Showcase food, drinks, events, team personalities and behind\-the\-scenes moments

  • Develop content that reflects the unique personality of each venue

  • Support seasonal campaigns, new launches, promotions and events

  • Turn everyday hospitality moments into compelling content
Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms

  • Plan and schedule content across multiple brands and venues

  • Write engaging, authentic copy tailored to each audience

  • Monitor trends, sounds, memes and platform updates

  • Engage with followers and build active online communities

  • Collaborate with venue teams to generate fresh content opportunities
Strategy \& Performance
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that deliver results

  • Track engagement, reach and audience growth

  • Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights

  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive venue visits

  • Stay ahead of hospitality and digital marketing trends
What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in social media marketing

  • Strong content creation skills including photography and videography

  • Hospitality experience (pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels or events)

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts

  • Confidence creating content both independently and collaboratively

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and events when required
Bonus Points For
  • Experience within hospitality, food \& beverage brands

  • Knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, wine or speciality drinks

  • Paid social media advertising experience

  • Graphic design skills

  • Influencer or partnership campaign experience
