Duties

• Develop, plan, and execute innovative social media content tailored to target audiences


• Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok


• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally


• Analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategy and increase reach and engagement


• Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding


• Organise campaigns that promote brand awareness, product launches, or special events


• Maintain an up\-to\-date knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices


• Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and media outlets to enhance public relations efforts

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles


• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful content creation across multiple platforms


• Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is desirable


• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for visual storytelling


• Experience in public relations or community engagement is advantageous


• Ability to analyse data insights and adapt strategies accordingly


• Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment
