At Orrest Digital, a fast\-growing digital agency specialising in hyper\-local social media growth for the retail, fitness, and hospitality sectors. We create highly engaging, human\-first short\-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that drives real revenue for our clients.

We're looking for someone who can plan, create and deliver short\-form concepts that drive real growth.

The Day To Day:

• Strategy \& Planning: You will own the creative direction for your assigned client roster. This means researching local hooks, scripting original concepts, and building structured content calendars before you ever hit record.


• On\-Camera Presenting: You will be the host and creator on the ground. Traveling to our partner clients (restaurants, gyms, high\-end pubs, and convenience stores) to film engaging, funny, and trend\-led short\-form videos.


• Content Directing: You will collaborate with independent business owners and their staff, getting them excited to jump into skits, workplace POVs, and trending audio concepts with you.


• Fast\-Paced Capture: You’ll operate our agency gear (Sony A7V setup and mobile creator rigs) to capture fast, high\-quality video and crisp photo assets during your site visits.


• Batch Production: Speed and cultural relevance matter. You will batch\-capture multiple video concepts and trend ideas in a single session to keep our pipeline full.

What We're Looking For:

• On\-Camera Charisma: You are highly confident, energetic, and articulate on camera.


• 1–3 years of experience creating short\-form video content (TikTok/Reels) professionally, or you have built a highly engaged personal social media brand.


• Social Native: You live on social media. You know the latest trends, memes, and viral audio hooks the second they drop.


• The Ability to Direct: You are a people person. You can walk into a busy venue, build instant rapport with the staff, and direct them on camera without freezing up.


• UK Driver’s License \& Vehicle: Crucial for travelling between client locations (mileage expenses are fully covered).

We're located in Manchester, but you will be travelling to our clients all over the country. Must be happy with some overnight stays throughout the week \& travelling to Manchester.

£26,000 – £32,000 per annum \+ Mileage / Travel Expenses

Pay: £26,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
