We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, videography, social media trends, and storytelling, and who thrives in a fast\-paced environment.
The Role
As our Social Media Content Creator, your primary responsibility will be to create, film, edit, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms. You will work closely with our doctors, therapists, patients, and marketing team to produce high\-quality content that showcases our treatments, results, expertise, and clinic culture.
This is a hands\-on, content\-focused role requiring regular filming across all clinic locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation \& Videography
- Film and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
- Produce reels, TikToks, patient journeys, before\-and\-after content, testimonials, treatment demonstrations, educational videos, and behind\-the\-scenes footage.
- Capture high\-quality video and photography content within clinic environments.
- Attend events, launches, and filming days to create live and post\-event content.
- Identify and develop content opportunities that align with current social media trends.
- Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Create engaging short\-form video content optimised for each platform.
- Add captions, transitions, graphics, and trending audio where appropriate.
- Repurpose long\-form content into multiple social media assets.
- Assist with scheduling and publishing content across all social media channels.
- Assist with content planning and content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Assist in supporting audience engagement through comments, messages, and community interaction.
- Assist in tracking content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Showcase real patient journeys and treatment outcomes through compelling content.
- Help communicate the Dr MediSpa brand, values, and expertise through creative storytelling.
- Work closely with clinicians and therapists to create educational and informative content.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in content creation and social media preferably with clinics or similar enviroments.
- Strong videography and video editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Confident using Canva and basic graphic design tools.
- Strong photography skills desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8\-hour shift
- Occasional weekend availability for events and content shoots
