About the Role

We are looking for a full\-time Social Media Content Creator to join our office team. This person will create content for Concreted Education, appear in videos, design posts and flyers, manage our social media platforms, and support paid social media campaigns to attract potential students.

This is not just a posting role. We need someone who can bring ideas, create content, speak confidently on camera, follow trends, and understand how social media can generate real enquiries and leads.

Main Responsibilities

• Create videos, reels, posts, stories, flyers, and other marketing materials.


• Be confident appearing on camera as part of Concreted Education’s online content.


• Manage and post content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.


• Plan, launch, monitor, and support paid social media campaigns.


• Help generate student enquiries and leads through organic and paid marketing.


• Promote studying in the United Kingdom to potential students.


• Track campaign performance, engagement, enquiries, and lead quality.


• Review the team’s social media activity and help improve content quality.


• Keep up with social media trends and suggest new ideas.

What We Are Looking For

• Confident on camera.


• Creative, organised, and reliable.


• Experience creating content for social media.


• Experience with paid social media campaigns, such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.


• Good understanding of lead generation through social media.


• Able to create clean and professional content.


• Experience with Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.


• Good communication skills.


• Interest in marketing, education, student recruitment, or content creation.


• Able to work full\-time from our London Waterloo office.

Previous experience is preferred, especially in content creation, paid ads, lead generation, student recruitment, or education marketing. However, we are open to strong candidates who can show creativity, confidence, and good content skills.
