About the Role
We're looking for a creative, commercially\-minded Social Media \& Content Creator to help grow our brand across Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.
We're a growing vehicle conversion and accessories business based in the Clitheroe area, designing and manufacturing products for commercial vehicles, professional trades and leisure vehicles.
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media \& Content Creator to elevate our brand’s online presence and engage our community across various digital platforms. In this paid role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media channels, and foster positive public relations to build brand awareness and loyalty. Your energetic approach and creative mindset will drive our digital storytelling, ensuring we connect authentically with our audience and stand out in a competitive landscape. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored to each social media platform, including posts, videos, stories, and campaigns.
- Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to comments to foster active community engagement.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to create content that aligns with brand voice, marketing goals, and upcoming initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to enhance public relations efforts.
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools to assess content effectiveness and optimize future campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our digital presence fresh and innovative.
- Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, Shopify and TikTok.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills for crafting clear, compelling messages and maintaining positive public relations.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform content strategies and demonstrate measurable results.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design elements, branding consistency, and current digital trends.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Pay: £25,420\.00\-£48,144\.75 per year
