Our client is seeking a creative, data-driven Organic Social Media & Paid Media Specialist to join their growing marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to take ownership of organic and paid social campaigns, helping to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and revenue across multiple channels.
What We're Looking For • At least 2 years' experience in organic and paid social media marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.


• Experience creating, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns and advertising budgets.


• Understanding of customer journeys, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.


• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.


• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to improving performance.


• Experience using social media management and scheduling tools.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively both independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, manage, and optimise organic and paid social media campaigns.

• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and advertisements.


• Manage paid social advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.


• Collaborate with agency partners on paid search and display campaigns.


• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI.


• Conduct audience research, segmentation, and A/B testing.


• Produce performance reports and implement data-driven improvements.


• Build and grow engaged online communities through effective organic social strategies.
