Social Media and Marketing Manager
The Sheridan Group is looking for a creative, commercially minded and hands\-on Social Media \& Marketing Manager to lead and grow the marketing presence across our expanding portfolio of businesses, including:
- Sheridan Homes
- Sheridan Concrete
- Sheridan Scaffolding
- Sheridan Skips
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and improving the digital and marketing performance across all Sheridan Group businesses. From social media campaigns and website management to PPC advertising and content creation, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, enquiries and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all brands
- Oversee and update company websites
- Manage PPC campaigns including Google Ads and paid social advertising
- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance and digital analytics
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate photography, videography and branding content
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth
- Maintain brand consistency across all companies
- Generate new ideas and campaigns to increase leads and engagement
- Liaise with external agencies, suppliers and media partners where required
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and creative, with strong digital marketing experience and the ability to work independently.
Essential Skills \& Experience
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Knowledge of PPC advertising and Google Ads
- Experience managing websites and CMS platforms
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Good understanding of SEO and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience within construction, property or trade industries
- Graphic design experience
- Photography/video editing skills
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
