As we expand our global presence, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media & Content Specialist to take full ownership of our digital brand voice and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Act as the main administrator for all our social media platforms, managing daily postings, community interactions, and brand consistency.
Creative Direction & Agile Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging, high-quality, and original brand content. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with modern tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) to independently produce agile daily content, stories, and quick-turnaround social media assets.
Strategic Resource Management: While leading the creative direction, high-end productions, advanced graphic designs, or extensive campaign assets will be executed via agencies and third-party freelancers. You will be responsible for managing these external workflows, budgets, and deadlines efficiently.
Agency & Freelance Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for our creative and advertising agencies. Manage and coordinate freelance designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Campaign & Strategy Execution: Collaborate closely with upper management to execute marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize digital strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and entertainment industry news to keep our content fresh and relevant.
