Social media administrator

Seif English Academy, an established English language school located on Gran Vía in central Madrid, is looking for a Social Media \& Sales Administrator to join our team.

This position is ideal for a commercially minded and creative person who enjoys producing social media content, advising customers and converting enquiries into enrolments within an educational environment.

Main responsibilities

• Creating engaging content for our social media channels


• Assisting prospective and current students in person and by telephone


• Actively promoting and selling English courses


• Assessing prospective students’ English levels


• Managing the reception desk and carrying out general administrative duties

Essential requirements

• C1 or C2 level of English


• Professional experience using social media


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• A confident, proactive and sales\-oriented approach


• Valid permission to work in Spain
