We are seeking a creative and performance\-minded Social \& Digital Content Coordinator to own our social presence and support paid digital activity across key channels. This role blends content creation, community management and campaign support across organic and paid social, plus coordination of Google Ads activity.
You’ll be the voice of our brands on social, producing engaging content that builds awareness and community, while working closely with the marketing team to ensure paid activity on Meta and Google is well\-briefed, on\-brand and optimised for performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media – Organic \& Paid
· Plan, create and schedule engaging organic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
· Develop platform\-specific content formats (static, video, Reels, Stories, carousels) aligned to brand guidelines and campaign priorities.
· Manage community engagement: respond to comments and DMs, foster conversations and escalate customer service issues where needed.
· Support the setup, execution and ongoing optimisation of paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
· Track social performance (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and provide regular insights and recommendations.
Content Creation \& Brand Storytelling
· Own the social content calendar, aligning with product launches, promotions, events and seasonal campaigns.
· Write clear, on\-brand copy for social posts, captions, hashtags and short\-form video scripts.
· Capture and edit photo/video assets (in\-house and UGC) to maintain a consistent, high\-quality feed.
· Work with internal stakeholders and external partners (influencers, creators, agencies) to amplify brand stories.
Digital Advertising Support (Google Ads)
· Brief and coordinate Google Ads activity (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display) with support from senior marketing/external partners, ensuring strong alignment between ad copy, landing pages and social content.
· Contribute to campaign planning and asset creation for Google Ads, including headlines, descriptions and visual concepts.
· Collaborate on multi\-channel campaigns that use social and Google Ads to drive traffic, consideration and sales.
Reporting \& Optimisation
· Monitor key metrics across social and paid channels and produce regular performance reports.
· Use data to inform content decisions, test new formats and improve engagement and conversion rates.
· Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates and best practices, bringing fresh ideas into the business.
Required Experience \& Skills
· 1–3 years’ experience in a social media, digital content or junior performance marketing role.
· Proven ability to create engaging social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
· Comfortable shooting and editing short\-form video (Reels/TikTok) and writing punchy, on\-brand copy.
· Experience supporting or running paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram); TikTok Ads experience is a plus.
· Basic understanding of Google Ads and how paid search/display supports the wider funnel.
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.
· Analytical mindset: confident using platform insights, GA4 and basic spreadsheets to track performance.
· Passion for digital marketing, social trends and building brand communities online.
