About The Role

As a Social Care Worker at MCMA Dublin, you will deliver person\-centred care, ensuring the highest standards of support for our service users. You will champion their rights and responsibilities, actively contributing to their holistic development and well\-being.

We seek individuals demonstrating profound client focus, compassion, and empathy – the foundation of exceptional care. Strong teamwork, flexibility, and initiative are essential. You must be eligible to register as a Social Care Worker with CORU and possess valid work permissions for Ireland. A full, clean driver’s licence is desirable, enhancing your ability to support service users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Empowering service users by promoting their rights and responsibilities.


• Collaborating on the development and implementation of comprehensive Care and Placement Plans.


• Actively promoting the physical, emotional, social, educational, and religious welfare of each service user.


• Liaising effectively with family members and other professionals for integrated support.


• Upholding best practices by meticulously adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.


• Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to essential report writing.
